Life is too short to eat—or drink—poorly.
I guide my choices with this wisdom and suggest you do the same. What’s the point of consuming something awful?
Caveat: You have to try everything at least once. Preferably twice. You might say you don’t care for a particular item, and I say you just haven’t had it prepared the right way.
Above all else, what you put in your mouth should taste good. Maybe that’s aged Gouda for some folks; for others, it could be Kraft Singles. But I believe everyone can appreciate a well-prepared dish or a beautifully crafted drink.
And I think it’s better for our total well-being—body, mind, and spirit—to consume what we like, what makes us happy. We only go around once, after all—might as well enjoy it.
Life is too short to eat — or drink — poorly.–Couldn’t agree more.
